Health and Wellness is best cultivated, harnessed, and elevated through the art and science of a practice that works with the whole of a being. The entirety of a person. The body, mind, and spirit. Elevating towards optimal health requires the careful integration of both conventional and alternative therapies and practices, tending to all aspects of health, treating and preventing disease, and ultimately promoting wellbeing and longevity. Choosing what works best for you can be a wonderful journey of self-discovery, self-acknowledgement, health, and healing.

Elev8 Wellness provides personally tailored health and lifestyle programs that are specifically designed to help you reach your goals by maximizing your ability and true potential to do so. Taking a multi-modal approach (assessing your health and wellbeing from all angles) we help you most effectively attain the greatest level of health and wellness, mental agility, fitness, and body and mind that you ultimately want.

In light of this we take into account the unique differences in the biological, psychological, and social makeup of all human beings, these interactions, and any environmental influences upon them. Moreover, with our top-down and bottom-up approach we look at how the functioning of all these components may be working both in favour of, and/or against your personal life goals, desires, hopes, and dreams, within your determination and drive to reach them.

At Elev8 Wellness we don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ policy and thus we tailor our treatments and wellness programs so that they are designed and adapted specifically for your individual needs. Our programs are designed to include any or all of the following depending on your personal goals and requirements:

  • Nutritional Therapy (including correcting nutrient deficiencies, detoxification, weight loss, healthy eating regimens).
  • Sports Nutrition (including endurance, power and strength, weight loss, muscle gain, competition, muscle recovery).
  • Healthy Eating Programs (including vegetarianism, veganism, paleo, gluten & allergy free, low GI, high protein, or sports nutrition based diets).
  • Exercise & Fitness Programs (specific to metabolic and somatotype).
  • Personal Training (including cardiovascular, resistance training, cross-fit, weightlifting, and/or group fitness).
  •  Lifestyle & Mental Health Plans (including stress and anxiety management, mindfulness, relationship health, sleep hygiene, and many more, just ask).
  • Massage Therapy (including deep tissue massage therapy with special hand-blended, heated aromatherapy oils).

At Elev8 Wellness we work with validated, science-based questionnaires and clinic tool kits that help to pinpoint the unique needs of each individual and to build a personalised programs that really do work.
