I did not just stumble into mental health and wellness coaching — I lived my way here.
My journey started long before the qualifications, certifications, and professional titles. It began in the trenches of childhood and young adult trauma, navigating complicated relationships, and wrestling with my own mental health challenges. I know what it feels like to be stuck, to feel like the weight of life is too much, and to question whether things will ever get better. But I also know what it means to rise—to face those demons head-on, to do the hard work, and to come out stronger, clearer, and more resilient.
Those struggles shaped me, but they don't define me.
What defines me is how I turned that pain into purpose.
Over the last 11 years, I have worked alongside clinical psychology and mental health professionals in Hamilton and across New Zealand, absorbing everything I could while developing my own approach. I combined my lived experience with formal training in psychology, nutrition, personal training, and massage therapy. I also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Behavioural Analysis, and mindfulness-based interventions — because I wanted to understand not just why people struggle, but how they can overcome it and begin to master the art of living well
At Elev8 Wellness, I have created a space in Hamilton East where people can not only heal but genuinely thrive. I am not here to offer empty promises or recycled advice. I am here to walk with you — whether that is coaching you through life’s toughest challenges, helping you build a stronger mindset, or providing hands-on wellness services that support your physical recovery.
This isn't just a business for me—it is a mission. I am here to show people that they do not have to settle for mediocre results or half-hearted efforts when it comes to their mental health and wellbeing.
I've been where you are. I've faced the darkness, and I've found the way out.
Now, I'm here to help you do the same.
